How do we provide early literacy support for service providers?
- We plan, host and facilitate Early Literacy Training through guest speakers, workshops, seminars, and conferences
- PRC makes early literacy resources and reference materials available through our lending library and research database
Who do we serve (our target population)?
- Professionals working or supporting the field of early learning and care
- Programs supporting children 0 – 12 years
- Students training to work in the ELC Field (including: social services, early childhood education, educational assistants, elementary teachers, nursing, youth recreation programs, resource consultants/teachers)

How do we provide early literacy support for families/caregivers?
- Indirectly through service provider training of the professional
How do we provide early literacy support for service providers?
- Workshops, seminars, conferences
- Lending library; curriculum enhancements, research material, media and literature that support emergent literacy
- In-house support/mentoring with selection of materials that best suit the members needs
- Networking/Mentoring
- Membership based service allows for reduction of cost in many instances
