May I get a refund if I have to cancel?
All fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2014. Only substitutions will be permitted after that date.
Cancellation prior to October 1, 2014 will incur a $25.00 processing charge per registrant.
Telephone cancellation is not accepted; please send written requests to education@kidsability.ca. A confirmation of
cancellation will be sent. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please call 519-886-8886 ext. 1395.

Can I register the day of the event?
Registration closes October 10, 2014. There are two ways to register for the 2014 Early Literacy Conference:

MAIL: We strongly suggest on-line registration for prompt workshop selections. Mail-in registrations are not guaranteed that choices selected are available. To download a copy of the mail-in application please click here.
Do I pay extra for parking?
Parking is free on weekends, however please note that spaces reserved for handicap parking, service vehicles or other specially marked spaces are still monitored and without the correct identification are in violation of parking laws, subject to by-law enforcement.
I have food allergies. What should I do?
There will be a number of food choices including gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options. If you have specific food allergies or restrictions you can also select to "bring your own food" during the registration option.
Will there be a student rate or an early bird special?
There is one fee only to attend this conference ($80.00). Students are welcome to attend if they wish to participate as volunteers. Please contact Sam Burns at 519-748-5520 ext. 3840 or via email at PRCregistration@conestogac.on.ca for more information.
