How do we provide early literacy support for service providers?
- Provides reading materials/music/DVDs/databases
- Provides programs which demonstrate and promote early literacy (techniques, tips etc.) to families
- Provides membership cards to all from birth
- Baby cards - borrow up to 15 items with no fines for late items
- Online resources such as TumbleBooks provide audiobooks and read-alongs

How do we provide early literacy support for families/caregivers?
- Variety of free programming for families with children birth to school age including Baby and Me, Toddler Tales, Kidzone, On My Own, Totstime, and Family Storytime etc.
- Resources available in print, online, in person and through community outreach programs
- Baby cards (birth to 3 yrs) and borrow up to 15 items with no fines from late items
