Registration Information
CONFERENCE LOCATION:
Conestoga College (E-Wing, door number 6), 299 Doon Valley Drive, Kitchener, Ontario.
REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee of $65.00 includes keynote presentation, 3 workshop sessions* as per your registration, access to vendors, lunch and refreshments at break. *Workshop selections are not guaranteed.
In the event of a workshop cancellation, registrants will be placed in alternative selections available.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Cheque, Visa or Mastercard through Eventbrite website (see Online Registration below).
If “pay by cheque” option is chosen, your order is not complete until we receive your cheque. Once the payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail to indicate that the payment was successful and registration is complete. Please make cheques and money orders payable to “KidsAbility ELAWR Conference 2012”.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:
On-line registration will have an automatic confirmation sent upon completion of registration. Please keep a copy for your personal records. If choosing “pay by cheque” option, registrations are not complete until receipt of your cheque.

Registrations are non-refundable after September 30, 2012.
